Peter and Hannah have over 10 years experience in agriculture and have been carrying out contracting jobs along side our farming business for several years. We have decided to start offering a more comprehensive service.
Peter spent several years helping manage a point to point racecourse, helping carry out all aspects of delivering a suitable racing surface as well as managing our own grass to produce the best possible hay and feed for our livestock. When caring for grassland or any hard surface, we know that weeds are your worst enemy. Weeds cause many problem for land managers by being unsightly, invasive and in some cases poisonous, all while taking the nutrients away from the grass. That's why we know how important it is to get the right product on at the right time and with the right machine. We have in our arsenal 3 sprayers:
- The Knapsack; for getting to areas that neither of our machine mounted sprayers can access.
- The 1.5 meter mounted boom sprayer; timed with our John Deere Gator for smaller more compact areas, ideal for grass verges and tight areas around business parks. This also has a hand lance attachment to allow us get out and get right into high corners.
- The 6 meter tractor mounted boom sprayer; with gps rate application and guidance. On the back of the compact tractor, this has the ability to carry over a hectare of product at a time.
We can apply selective herbicides, only killing the broadleaf weeds found in grass land or we can apply roundup a none selective weed killer that will kill all plants, which may be more ideal for business parks and carparks etc where you don't want unsightly weeds growing out of cracks and joins.
Keeping on top of your grass and hedges is essential for maintaining the appearance of a property and whether it is domestic, commercial or rural we have the equipment to cover it. From strimmers and push mowers for those hard to get areas, to our ride on for larger domestic and smaller commercial applications or the 26 horse power compact tractor with a verity of cutters to cover the acres. We have you covered.
Keeping your paddocks in top shape and condition is essential for horse owners and small holders alike. We cover all aspects of paddock care to make sure that your grass stays in top condition for your livestock. Our compact tractor is fully mobile on a truck towed trailer allowing to not only be able to cover a much larger area than with a conventional tractor but also very light and will greatly limit the damage to your pasture and meadows when we travel on them.
We know how important maintaining your workspace is. Often the outside areas of your office or commercial property are the first view your clients see of your company. Ensuring that they are well maintained and welcoming is not only important for the image of your business but also to give your employees have nice working environment. We cover the majority of maintenance service including leaf clearance, hedge trimming, grass mowing, spraying and can manage a wide variety of sites, including Buisness parks and offices, Hotels, new build housing estates and industrial estates.
We cover all aspects of fencing, whether you require agricultural, domestic or security fencing we can supply and fit it. We have an excellent working relationship with and only use a select number of suppliers to make sure we can get the best deals on materials and can pass the savings onto you. We have a tractor mounted post knocker for those larger jobs as well as hand knockers and digging equipment for the smaller domestic jobs such as close boarding and panel fences.
